Introducing the Grandad cake

Now this is something for children i would think, simply because i saw it on a childrens Programme when i was younger and immediatly started to make this cake whenever i could !

I remember my grandad loved strawberries and cream and so i made this for him one of the very last times i saw him... so here you go, 10 years later i have tried again.... nostalgia?

quick post, i have 2 things i would like to share with you girls on here :)

1 - i have been employed as a full time chef recently, which is so exciting...

i have training at the moment

they are long hours and i often will be working until late but i am hoping i will be able to share my work with you through this blog :)

2 - i am healthy eating and loving it!

Chocolate Chilli

firstly make sure you clean out the chilli's

i used a whisky glass with a 1/3 flour

to hold the chilli's once filled with the dark chocolate

then refrigerate

roll the chilled chilli's into the remaining melted chocolate

i think this looks really cute :)
