Chocolate Chilli

firstly make sure you clean out the chilli's

i used a whisky glass with a 1/3 flour

to hold the chilli's once filled with the dark chocolate

then refrigerate

roll the chilled chilli's into the remaining melted chocolate

i think this looks really cute :)

ok so here i was coking for 1...

something i struggle with i always cook far too much :)

Chicken Pie

ok so firstly this pie has a very rustic thrown together look!

the pastry was shop bought and about to go out of date in a couple of days

it was a little dry

so i rushed to use it but i kind of like how it looks :)

i used 1 leak in the bottom

2 chicken breasts

potatoes

brocoli

gravy
