Introducing the Grandad cake

Now this is something for children i would think, simply because i saw it on a childrens Programme when i was younger and immediatly started to make this cake whenever i could !

I remember my grandad loved strawberries and cream and so i made this for him one of the very last times i saw him... so here you go, 10 years later i have tried again.... nostalgia?
